How does it work?

First, the Needs Assessment: What’s the vibe?

  • We’ll schedule a one-day visit where we immerse ourselves in your school, observing classrooms, chatting with you and your team. We want to know: what are your goals, hopes, and dreams? What’s your impression of how things are now? 

  • During our visit, we identify trends and key opportunities for improving school and classroom culture.

Then, we do the work:

  • We’ll work together to determine how best to move you from where you are to where you want to be. We create a plan!

  • We’ll carry out that plan together, monitoring progress along the way!

What will you get out of it?

  • Tactical strategies and more hands-on support for you and your teachers, helping to make your school/classroom culture goals a reality. 

  • Good vibes all-around! More peaceful and engaging classrooms, and an improved culture throughout your whole school! 

  • Ongoing support from our team around any issues or questions that arise around school and classroom culture.
