Professional Development

The last thing we want teachers to say after a Professional Development session: “I survived another meeting that could have been an email!”... and yet, we know many teachers feel this way (at least according to the memes they share on social media). It’s hard to create meaningful PD sessions, especially when you’re busy leading a school! But it’s also really important.

Instructional practices are ever-evolving, and just like we ask students to question, grow, and adapt, teachers deserve the same dynamic learning experience. We can help you create energizing PD sessions that transform teaching practices and reignite classroom passion. Let's make teacher learning as exciting as student discovery!

How does it work?

  • From full-day workshops to one-hour sessions (and anything in between), we’ve got you covered: we’ll help you create a PD program that truly empowers your teachers and inspires your students.

  • First, we’ll discuss your goals, desired outcomes, and the logistical details (length of PD, if you’d like to create a series of sessions or just one, etc).

  • Then, we’ll create the presentations and materials, and share them with you in advance.

  • We’ll come to facilitate the PD.

  • We’re always happy to answer questions or chat afterwards, so teachers and/or administrators can reach out anytime!

What will you get out of it?

  • Access to personalized, engaging, and meaningful PD sessions that you don’t have to plan yourself!

  • Supplemental resources to help support the implementation of new strategies and ideas.

  • An established culture of learning and growth, where your teachers know that you support them as lifelong learners and professionals striving to make a big impact on students’ lives!

  • Ongoing support from our team: between PD sessions, we’re always available to answer questions, bounce around ideas, and provide feedback.
