How does it work?

First, we’ll get to know each other!

  • We’ll start with a thorough assessment of your current situation, including your goals, challenges, strengths, and weaknesses. 

  • Then we’ll develop a tailored plan that addresses your specific needs and objectives.

Meeting

Next, we’ll dive into the work!

  • Through a combination of coaching sessions, workshops, and self-directed activities, we’ll partner to work towards your goals. The sky’s the limit on what we can assist with. We’re your personal support team ready to jump in at any time - no task too big or small. 

  • Between meetings and visits, we’re available for calls, texts, zooms, or emails to brainstorm, troubleshoot, answer questions, celebrate wins, or talk through struggles.

  • We’ll be your new accountabilibuddy: ensuring you’re staying on track and achieving your goals.
