Teaching magic happens in classrooms everyday - but catching those moments? That’s the tricky part. We know you’d love to be everywhere at once, celebrating wins and coaching through challenges alongside your teachers. (If only you could clone yourself, right?!)
The good news? You don’t need magical powers. We partner with schools to provide just-in-time teacher coaching: you raise instructional capacity while lightening your workload! Think of this as your secret weapon for building stronger classrooms - no magic required.
How does it work?
First, the Needs Assessment: Let’s get to know each other!

We schedule a one-day visit where we immerse ourselves in your school, observing classrooms, chatting with you and your team.

During our visit, we identify trends and key opportunities.

Then, we partner to create a customized coaching plan. Will we work with all teachers or a cohort? How often will we come? What will our visits look like? These are the questions that we’ll answer together!
Next, the Meat and Potatoes: Let’s engage in the work together!

We’ll visit regularly to observe teachers and meet with them 1-on-1 to debrief. We’ll talk about student progress and engagement, and we’ll check in about goals and strategies to reach them.

We follow each visit with a detailed email for every teacher where we break down key metrics from observations that directly connect to their goals. This helps us to summarize the conversation and keep it going, and we share it with school leaders so you can stay in-the-know!

Between visits, we’re always available for calls, texts, zooms, and email exchanges with teachers and/or leaders. We’re happy to answer questions, bounce ideas around, and provide feedback.

We schedule periodic check-ins with school administrators to monitor progress, reassess goals, answer questions, and brainstorm together, too! We want to make sure you’re always in the loop, and we’re doing all we can support you and your team.
