Hedi Belkaoui
I’ve worked in different capacities in education, supporting both instructional and operational outcomes in organizations across the US and internationally. I've developed my administrative skills working with diverse stakeholders, leveraging research-based techniques to increase the organizational capacity of staff.
Prior to SLL, I held a leadership position with the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Schools, directing school strategic planning and supporting the professional learning of its 4500 instructional staff, and leading and managing a cohort of turnaround school principals to achieve ambitious goals around student performance, operational, financial and enrollment targets.
I hold an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, a Bachelors’ Degree in Social Science, and a Masters in Administration. I also serve as an adjunct instructor at the college level.

Mr. Off; High school U.S.History, because he was very engaging, pushed me to think critically about what we learned, and praised me for my work where I felt that other teachers ignored me.
