Kelsey Bruce

I’ve worked in schools for 15 years, both as a classroom teacher and now as an instructional coach. I believe that all students deserve to have positive educational experiences where they’re supported and challenged to do their best, and witnessing students’ “aha” moments and sparks of curiosity that lead to growth make it all worth it!

I love coaching because teaching is one of the most challenging professions, and I love partnering with teachers around our shared goals of student growth and success! I strive to empower educators in my work everyday.

Favorite Teacher

MS. Wright; 4th grade, because she had a way of making every student feel special. She made learning fun, and her classroom was a place I genuinely wanted to be everyday. She’s the reason I decided to become a teacher, and she’s a coach now and I still go to her for advice!
