I bring two decades of experience across the education landscape. I began my career through Teach For America, and I’ve served as a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, and superintendent. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and two Master’s degrees in Education and Educational Leadership.
My work focuses on strengthening instructional quality, building capacity in educators, and leading with an equity-centered lens to drive change. I grew up in a community where opportunities were often limited, and access to high-quality education wasn’t guaranteed. Attending Catholic school changed the trajectory of my life: it provided me with structure, academic rigor, and a sense of possibility. It ignited my belief in the life-changing power of schools. I’ve experienced what happens when young people are seen, supported, and pushed to meet their full potential, and I’m passionate about supporting educators in this work.

Mrs. Moore; 5th grade teacher. She held me to high standards and never let me opt out of excellence. She challenged and cared for me, and made it clear that she saw something in me. Her influence still echoes in how I show up as a leader and coach.
