Meghan Hurley Gibbs
I’ve worn many hats throughout my time working in education: middle school teacher, assistant principal, principal, academic coach, marketing consultant, and AP/principal mentor. I hold Master’s degrees in both Teaching and Educational Leadership.
I believe in the power of education and the potential for a teacher to change lives. Often, teachers -- particularly those new to the profession -- just need some 1:1 guidance to take their practice to the next level. Regular feedback enables their growth, but also cheers them on and provides the recognition they deserve for all their hard work. Principals wear many, many hats -- and I enjoy partnering with school leaders to give special attention and support to the teachers who need it most.

Ms. McEntee, “Miss Mac;” 3rd grade teacher. She was warm, fun, energetic - and each student she taught was known and loved. I wanted to go to school every morning and was excited to tell my parents about my day the minute they picked me up.
